Stephen White was born in Matamata, New Zealand in 1957 and immigrated to Canada in 1980. His Post Secondary education was conducted at the Waikato Technical Institute, which he completed in 1978. Stephen received his accounting designation (A.C.A.) from the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1981. Stephen worked from 1980 to 1983 with Price Waterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP) in the audit practice with an emphasis on small business and oil and gas. Stephen started working with Chauvco Resources Ltd. in 1983 where he served as Controller. From 1983 to 1997, Stephen held numerous positions within Chauvco until it was sold to Pioneer Natural Resources in late 1997, for approximately $1.2 Billion. He was involved in co-creating Fort Chicago in September, 1997, raising a total of $380 Million. Mr. White was also involved in co-creating Western Oil Sands Inc. in 1999, raising nearly $1 Billion in equity and debt financing. | |

David Holm received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta and his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Western Ontario. David was called to the Alberta Bar in 1986. David most recently served for more than three years as Executive Vice-President of Finance, Strategy and Business Development and Corporate Secretary of Provident Energy Trust. Prior to that he spent six years in the investment banking industry and practiced securities and transactional law for 15 years, including as a partner with the Macleod Dixon law firm in Calgary. David has served as a director of both public and of large private energy companies. | |

Kevan graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Calgary in 1980, having previously obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alberta. For most of his career he has worked as in-house counsel with companies in the oil and gas sector. From 1984 – 1988 he was with Asamera Inc., an international oil and gas and mining company and from 1988 – 2000 worked with Poco Petroleums Ltd., a senior Canadian oil and gas company. Kevan joined Fort Chicago in 2004 after maintaining an independent law practice for several years. Kevan has served as a director and officer of a number of public and private entities, as well as industry and legal associations. | |

Vern graduated from the University of Alberta as a Chemical Engineer in 1982 and earned an Executive MBA degree from the University of Calgary in 1997. Vern sits on the Boards of Alliance Pipeline, Aux Sable Liquid Products, Alberta Ethane Gathering System, Jordan Cove Energy Project and Alton Natural Gas Storage, all being businesses where Fort Chicago holds interests. Vern is a member of Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of Alberta and volunteers for the Calgary United Way. | |
